Ten years ago, Lorna Cooper set up the Facebook community ‘Feed Your Family for £20 a Week’ after seeing so many young families struggling in the economic climate.
She made it her mission to help people to feed their loved ones home-cooked, nutritious meals for less through the means of video and online recipes.
Starting out as a place where Lorna would advise her followers on all things food and money saving, Feed Your Family quickly grew to an audience of almost a million people, and became THE one stop shop for family-friendly recipes that are quick, easy, and cheap to make.
Over the years it has attracted a highly engaged and friendly community consisting of food lovers and mothers from all over the UK and beyond. A place where they can discuss, share, and enjoy tips, makes, and recipes every day. Today, the brand has expanded to include a vast social catalogue comprising Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
In January 2020, FYF launched a cookbook, which quickly became a top 10 Sunday Times Bestseller and has now sold over 41,000 copies! Due to the success of this, book 2 and 3 were published and have again topped the charts!
